CIRMMT is organizing an event for students, academics and industrials in order to facilitate the development of collaborations within the music and media community.
Each participant will register in one of the three categories (students, academics and industrials).
Industries will present themselves in an elevator-style pitch of 3 minutes each (see schedule below for details).
This will be followed by all those present being able to mingle at each booth in order to engage in a private conversation with the exhibitor of their choice.
Industrial and academic exhibitors are invited to bring a laptop to the booth to showcase their projects/needs. A billboard will be made available in each booth and can be used by presenters to pin their own signage and attractive visuals. Each of the booths features a billboard, an electrical outlet, one table and two chairs (additional chairs available).
Students are also invited to bring hardcopies of their CV or resume, and/or have their LinkedIn profile ready for access via QR code.

Due to possible space constraints, priority will be given to CIRMMT members (students, regular and collaborator members). Non-CIRMMT members are still invited to register.
Lunch will be provided for all registered participants registered before May 23rd.
