live@CIRMMT Performance Series
The live@CIRMMT Performance Series is open to the general public and includes four to six performances per year that highlight the artistic research output of CIRMMT.
As with our Distinguished Lecture Series, members of the CIRMMT community are encouraged to meet with our distinguished artists during their stay. Members are invited to submit projects for consideration on a yearly basis.

Whether due to the invention of printing or to the way in which man saw the world around him, the Renaissance was characterized by tremendous intellectual and cultural ferment. Music too was affected, including the development of the organ. A program inspired by the riches of this period, including a multidisciplinary premiere by Tod Machover based on the essays of Montaigne.
