This meeting aims to provide essential information and is mandatory to new CIRMMT student members seeking to book labs or equipment. The presentation will include an outline of the Centre's funding opportunities and resources as well as specific instructions on how to access the booking system. Once you have attended this online event, you should be ready to submit your first booking request. Only after having your request approved and thoroughly reviewed the directives detailed in the CIRMMT COVID-19 Lab Booking Guide are you allowed to enter CIRMMT's premises. More information about CIRMMT's labs and equipment will be provided by a CIRMMT staff member at the time of your visit.
A second edition of this event (New student orientation meeting #2) will take place on Thursday, October 1st, from 2:00-3:00pm.
Please note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this online session replaces the usual in-person Orientation Workshop, usually offered to new members and which has been temporarily suspended.
