My research at CRASH-UdeS & a blend of unusual teaching materials for acoustics

A seminar talk given by CIRMMT Regular Member Dr. Olivier Robin, CRASH (Centre for Research in Acoustics-Signal-Human) of the UdeS (Université de Sherbrooke).

Abstract

The presentation will first briefly introduce CRASH (Centre for Research in Acoustics-Signal-Human) of the UdeS (Université de Sherbrooke), to be followed by examples of the research conducted by Olivier Robin.

The presentation will display some unusual teaching materials that he identified or developed, with a focus on comics.

Bio

Olivier Robin (ing. PRT, Ph.D.), is an Assistant Professor at UdeS since September 2021. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (2013, Sherbrooke) and an MSc in Transportation Acoustics (2006, Le Mans, France).
