Built around a multi-disciplinary research group, CIRMMT has developed specialized services through which its members are able to offer their expertise to a broader community including the private, industrial, not-for-profit, and public sectors. Such partnerships have led to numerous R&D collaborations, fostering the development of innovative approaches to the scientific study of audio, music media and technology, the application of newer technologies in science and the creative arts, and the creation of advanced research training environments.

Educational Tours

CIRMMT is open to develop partnerships with educational institutions and is able to offer brief tours (15-20 min.) tailored to the needs of each visiting group. Details can be discussed upon request.

This initiative is part of CIRMMT’s vision of a systematic integration of the humanities in higher education, thereby leading to a transition from STEM to a Science, Technology, Engineering, ARTS, Mathematics (STEAM) educational model in research training.
