Due to possible space constraints, priority will be given to CIRMMT members (students, regular and collaborator members). Non-CIRMMT members are still invited to register.

Lunch will be provided for all registered participants registered before April 27th.

Description

CIRMMT is organizing a one day TRIO fair for students, academics and industrials, in order to facilitate the development of new collaborations within the music and media community.

Each participant will register in one of the three categories (students, academics or industrials). Academics and industrials will be offered to present their projects and/or needs -respectively- during one morning and one afternoon podium session. These sessions are broken down in periods of 6min40sec each (“Pecha-Kucha” style!). In parallel to these podium sessions, booths are held in the CIRMMT office rooms, and participants can engage in a private conversation with the exhibitors of their choice (academics in AM, industrials in PM).

Industrial and academic exhibitors are invited to bring a laptop to the booth to showcase their projects/needs. Each of the booths features a billboard, an electrical outlet, one table and two chairs (additional chairs available). Special arrangements can be made for the exhibitors, upon request to the CIRMMT office.

Students are also invited to bring hardcopies of their CV or resume and/or have their LinkedIn profile ready for access via QR code.
