This workshop is organized by CIRMMT Research Axis 4 (Multimodal immersive systems). It will take place on March 21st, at the Université de Sherbrooke. A bus will leave the Schulich School of Music of McGill University for Sherbrooke at 8:00am that morning and will return at around 6:00pm. This workshop is free and open to all. Robert Wechsler will present two days of intensive workshops on February 29th and March 1st, discussing the use of motion tracking technology to control sound synthesis, followed by a roundtable on March 2nd. These workshops are supported by the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Music Media and Technology (CIRMMT) and the Goethe-Institut.
