Description
Following on Jonas Braasch's Distinguished Lecture (Re-)creating live music experiences in virtual environments, an open discussion on research opportunities between the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and CIRMMT will be held. CIRMMT members and students are invited to propose and discuss opportunities for inter-institutional collaborations and joint exchanges with RPI, such as immersive environments for artistic applications (video/audio/haptics), interdisciplinary research, student/staff exchanges, etc.
